    How to request a ride?

    For a Tutus ride;

    • Open the app
    • Click on the from address box to set the pickup location. You can enter a location name or address information.
    • Click on the second address box to determine the destination point and enter the location name or address information in the same way.

      Note: The route information you will follow after specifying the pickup and destination points will be shown on the map with estimated amount and time of arrival information.
    • Touch the “Request Ride” button to request a price offer by forwarding your ride information to the taxi drivers in your area.
    • Our drivers will send you a fee offer within 60 seconds. You can see the offered prices our drivers have determined for the ride you requested from the list of offers.
    • To review driver and vehicle information and approve the offer, touch the bar on the offer list where the fare information, the name of the driver, the photograph and the vehicle information are. On the screen that opens, you will see the photos of your driver, the brand of the car, the model, the plate number, the features of the car and the photos along with your route information. Touch “Call” for proposal approval.
    • After confirming the best offer for you, you will be charged with the payment method you choose and your driver will start moving to the point of piclup you have selected. With the application you can track your taxi on the map.
    • You will be notified by the application when your taxi is approaching the pickup location. Once your taxi arrive at the pickup location to pick you up, all you have to do is get in the vehicle. Our driver will be guided by route information determined by the application and will reach you to the destination.
    • You will be asked to rate thr driver after the trip. In Tutus, rating is done for both drivers and passengers. These evaluations are intended to be respectful and ethical of Tutus drivers and their passengers. Rating after the journey will help to preserve the quality of the Tutus system.
