Be online to accept a trip Note: Wait for a Tutus passenger to claim the trip, and you will be alerted when a nearby passenger is present.
When the trip request arrives, you have 60 seconds to accept the request and submit the proposal. With the incoming passenger request, the start and end point information of the journey, average travel amount and passenger information are shared with you. Touch to switch to the submission process.
The first displayed trip ammount is calculated by Tutus based on distance and time. Scroll up or down to change the amount and touch Send Proposal.
If the offer you have submitted is confirmed by the passenger (unless you are already making a trip with Tutus), the application will be warned and guided by the passenger to move to the pick up point. When you reach the pick up point and you have reached your destination, tap Start Travel.
You will be guided by navigation through the application to the end point. When you reach the end point, touch End Trip in your application.
You will be asked to rate your trip after the trip. In Tutus, scoring is done for both drivers and passengers. These evaluations are intended to be respectful and ethical of Tutus drivers and their passengers. Scoring after the journey will help to preserve the quality of the Tutus system.
